امام علی علیه السلام
اَلْمُؤْمِنُ مَأْلُوفٌ وَ لاَ خَيْرَ فِيمَنْ لاَ يَأْلَفُ وَ لاَ يُؤْلَفُ
مؤمن ، اهل اُلفت (اُنس گرفتن) است، و در كسى كه الفت نمى گيرد و با او الفت نمى گيرند خيری نيست

Imam Ali (pbuh)
The believer is likable, easily approachable, and pleasant when approaching others.
And there is no good in one who is difficult to approach and harsh with others
